Away from the farm and B&B, we also have a 2 bedroom self catering holiday chalet at Pitgrudy Holiday Park in Dornoch.
This modern and comfortable chalet has a fantastic view of the Dornoch Firth in close proximity to the pretty and well serviced village of Dornoch, with its world renowned golf course, quality restaurants and tempting shops.
Set in a quiet and peaceful location less than a mile from the centre of Dornoch, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Priced from £70/night and open all year, our Dornoch holiday accommodation is a good option for families, couples or singles.
The chalet has one good sized double bedroom with toilet & sink, one small twin room, a kitchen with gas cooker/oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need for meal prep. The living area is spacious and comfortable and includes a dining table, large sofa & TV. It opens up onto a large deck with outdoor furniture. There is unlimited gas fuelled hot water and heating controlled by a thermostat and free Wi-Fi.
The chalet has a minimum night stay of 3 - 6 nights depending on the time of year, with discounts for longer stays. If you would like to book for more than 2 weeks, enquire about shorter last minute bookings or have any other queries, please email us directly for pricing & availability.
Please note commercial or branded vehicles are not permitted to park on the holiday park, but nearby free alternative parking can be arranged.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted. Laundry facilities are available on site. The park is very well run with someone on hand at all times for any emergencies.

Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at time of booking
- Remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your stay
- Payment links will be emailed, these can be paid online with a credit card.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 10-30 days or more prior to your stay will be charged 50% of the total value of the booking
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay
- Cancellations made 31 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund
That all said and done, we understand that things happen and no-one wants to cancel a holiday. So some refunds will be at the owners discretion and if we're able to re-let the chalet, we will refund as we can.
Other Important Things
- No branded or commercial vehicles are permitted on the holiday park. Nearby alternative parking is available
- Please contact us if you need to have this arranged. Unbranded pick-ups are ok.
- There is a 10mile speed limit and one way traffic system in operation, please respect this
- Please be considerate of our neighbours, some of whom live here permanently
- Unfortunately no pets allowed
- Full check in details and other information will be sent via email one day prior to your stay
