BREAKFAST

Food plays a really important role in our lives and we love sharing our passion for local produce

and great ingredients with our guests. 

We use our own eggs, local butchers meat, Scottish oatmeal, Grants of Dornoch famous Black Pudding, Caithness Summer Fruits conserves and seasonal fruits from our garden. 

We can cater for most dietary requirements but ask that you let us know in advance

as some things can be a bit tricky to source.

Cereals – Muesli, Cornflakes, Weetabix, Etc

Toast –White, Wholegrain, English Muffins

Have it with salt, sugar or plain

Fried eggs on toast with sausage, haggis, black pudding, bacon,

beans, mushroom & tomatoes

Scrambled eggs with ham and/or mushrooms, cheese

& pesto mixed through, served with fresh spinach and toast
