Whether you're in a group or travelling alone, we have a room to suit with 4 bedrooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements and plenty of space. We offer generous discounts for multi night stays and single occupancy rates.

A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP

After a long day on the road or in the hills it is important to get a good nights sleep.

Our focus is on providing comfortable and clean rooms to help you relax, with thick walls meaning you won't hear a thing.
All rooms enjoy views to the sea, farm or garden.
We provide high quality egyptian cotton bed linen, bath sheets and comfortable mattresses and pillows.
We use organic 'Clipper' tea and fair trade coffees and biscuits in our welcome hampers.
Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, moisturiser & hairdryers in all rooms, with electric blankets during the cooler months.

Hollingborne - Triple Single with private bathroom

There is one family bathroom between Beana & Hollingborne. When one room is booked, the other becomes unavailable. The two rooms can be booked together, sharing the bathroom between them, for a reduced rate of £10.

All rooms are on the first floor.
